Cancellation Policy
Session Guidelines We’re excited to work with you and want to make sure your coaching sessions run smoothly! Please take a moment to review a few simple guidelines: 1. Non-Transferable Your sessions are just for you — they can’t be transferred or shared with anyone else (other companies). 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If your session needs to be rescheduled, we’ll do our best to keep you with the same coach, but sometimes a different coach may step in based on availability. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited. 3. Using Your Sessions Sessions should be used within the time frame of the specific time frame purchase (i.e. monthly). You’re welcome to reschedule within that period as long as we have 48 hours’ notice. 4. One Session per Week To keep progress steady, sessions are typically scheduled once per week. 5. For You and You Only Each plan is assigned to a single sales representative and may not be shared among team members. In the event a sales representative needs to be replaced, a one-time 60-day hold may be placed on a 6-month plan to allow time for hiring a replacement. Coaching sessions will resume once the new sales representative is in place. (Refer to client agreement) 6. Coach Availability We aim to have you work with the same coach throughout your sessions. If schedules don’t align, another qualified coach may fill in so your progress stays on track.
